As both a Nutritionist and Counsellor, I help clients develop sustainable habits that align with their values, lifestyle, and personal goals. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we begin by strengthening the foundations of mental health — including nutrition, nervous system regulation, and daily rhythms — and then build practical habits that support emotional resilience, clarity, and long-term wellbeing.
Modern research continues to show what many people already feel intuitively: mental health does not exist separately from physical health. Mood, focus, stress tolerance, sleep, and emotional regulation are all deeply influenced by nutrition, gut health, blood sugar balance, and inflammation.
